Emotionally stable people don’t let what happens outside shake them.
Yes, they might feel angry, frustrated, or sad, but they maintain their outer composure.
The ability to keep your cool in the face of serious adversity is something we should all aspire towards. Here’s a good question to check your level of emotional stability:
When someone cuts you off while driving, what is your immediate reaction? I usually know if someone is good at keeping their cool when I’m in the car with them.
Some roll down the window, cuss the driver out and give them the middle finger. Others go so far as to stop their car and try to pick a fight.
And the emotionally stable? They might shake their heads and roll their eyes. They might discuss the issue with a passenger. But what they won’t do is yell obscenities and/or seek vengeance.
Emotionally stable people are above such behavior. They don’t destroy their inner peace based on what others do.
In this video, im gonna share you 3 points about 3 Things Emotionally Stable People Don’t Do
1. Judging yourself for how you feel
2. Trying to control everything
3. Making decisions based on emotions instead of values
